The protection of privacy is important to us when processing your data. The data collected is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) and other statutory provisions that apply to electronic business transactions.

The processing of personal data by us basically serves the purpose of fulfilling the contract with you i.S.d. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or to protect our legitimate interests, especially our accountability to financial authorities, our interest in optimizing our websites and advertising i.S.d. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO . If one of the aforementioned legal conditions does not exist, we will give your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. Obtain a GDPR. Detailed information on data processing can be found in the following explanations. We therefore ask that you take note of them and, if necessary, print them out or save them.

1. The body responsible for data processing

The body named in the imprint (top right) is responsible for data processing. The responsible contact person in-house is the named business owner / manager, ebenda.

2. Use of "cookies"

When you visit our website, information in the form of "cookies" is temporarily or permanently stored on the end device of the user, which the user automatically recognizes the next time he visits.
Cookies are small text files that e.g. allow a website to be adapted to the interests of the visitor. If you do not want cookies to be stored, you are asked to set the internet browser used so that it deletes cookies from the computer hard drive, blocks all or certain cookies or issues a warning before cookies are saved.

3. Automatically recorded, non-personal data

When you visit our website, the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you come, the websites you visit on our website and the date and duration of your visit are saved by our web server. We use this information to determine and improve the attractiveness, the services and the content of the website. As a result, we do not collect any personal data. 4. Processing of personal data

4.1. Personal data is only collected if you actively communicate it to us, e.g. to make a booking. You have the right to object to the use of this data for the respective purpose for the future at any time. See also section. 7.

4.2. The personal data you collect will only be used for the purpose for which you have given it to us or for which you have given us your consent. After completion of the contractual relationship, the user data will only be stored for as long as is necessary due to tax and commercial retention periods. After the expiry of these deadlines, the data will be deleted, unless you have expressly consented to their further or different use. You can also assert rights during the retention periods, such as the blocking of your data. See section 7.

4.3. Personal data is only collected and transmitted to state institutions and authorities within the framework of mandatory national legal provisions.

4.4. Furthermore, your data will be forwarded to these companies for the execution of the contractual relationship:

- Payment service providers and house banks

- Hoster and email provider

- Tax advice and tax authorities

4.5. The employees and subcontractors are contractually obliged to maintain confidentiality and to observe data secrecy.

5. Use of the services of Google LLC

This website uses the services of Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc., ibid. (Hereinafter: "Google") to optimize your website and improve your advertising measures. The use of these marketing measures to improve our website and address our customers is in our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f of the DSGVO.

Google is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield, which prescribes minimum standards for the protection of personal data of Europeans whose data are stored or processed in the USA.

To protect your inquiries via the internet form, we use the reCaptcha service, which is also offered by Google. The query serves to differentiate whether the input is made by a human being or is misused by automated, mechanical processing.

For this purpose, Google collects the following data: the information from which side of the CAPTCHA is integrated, the IP address of the connection, the screen and window resolution, the language set in the browser, the time zone in which you are located on your device Installed browser plugins, the other existing cookies from Google and possibly other data.

According to Google, the IP address collected is already shortened within the member states of the EU or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and only in exceptional cases is it transmitted unabridged to servers in the USA, where it is then shortened. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other Google data.

Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy statements or content.

7. Information about user rights

Upon request, we will inform you as soon as possible and in writing whether and which personal data we have stored about you. If, despite the efforts to ensure that the data is correct and up-to-date, incorrect data is stored, we will correct it upon request.

In addition to this right to correction, you may have the right to block and delete the personal data we collect. It may be the case that we cannot immediately respond to every request for deletion for legal reasons, especially due to tax or commercial law regulations, or for reasons of smooth contract processing. In this case, we will contact you and discuss with you to what extent we can block the data for further processing and from what point in time a final deletion is possible.

In addition, you have the right to request that we transfer the data to you as a structured, common and machine-readable format or, at your express request, to forward it to a third party.

You may object to the use of your data in the future, i.e. for purposes other or for purposes other than contract execution or processing in our legitimate interest. In particular, you may object to the use of your data for advertising purposes. You also have the right to request only a restriction of data use for certain purposes.
